Video: Belgian Malinois Learning To Walk in Booties Is a Mix of Chaos & Cute

It’s always fun to watch your dog try out new things. For this dog parent, it was a sight to be remembered when their Belgian Malinois, Remington McAlister Daniel, was trying to walk in booties for the very first time. The owner of the fur baby went on to capture the cute and chaotic moment, later sharing it on Instagram on the dog’s official account @remingator. Since then, the video has grabbed much attention from netizens because of how adorable the Belgian Malinois looked in the bright yellow booties.

Belgian Malinois tries wearing booties for the first time in viral video

A dog video on Instagram showed a Belgian Malinois named Remington learning how to walk in his new booties. The viral clip, which has racked up 306K views and 15.6K likes, saw a positive reception from other people who couldn’t get enough of the canine’s walking in the adorable booties. The text written on the video read, “First time wearing booties.”

Using the audio of Kendrick Lamar’s “peekaboo” feat. AzChike, the Instagram video began by giving a closer look at the dashing Belgian Malinois dog. The fur baby was already donning the bright yellow booties on all four legs. Soon, the dog started walking. By the look of the walk, it was evident that Remington was utterly confused about how to take steps while having the booties on. So, the canine made hopping gestures during the walk practice. The dog placed each leg in a very careful manner, as if it were the first time he was learning to walk.

The Instagram Reel is as adorable as it gets. Interestingly, this sentiment has been echoed by netizens who have expressed their thoughts in the comment section of the video. One person praised the booties on Remington, writing, “Love the yellow shoes.” Meanwhile, another Instagram user joked, “He is like get these off me plz.” Another person encouraged Remington to continue his walk: “You’re doing great.”
